STOP! What are you thankful for today? Sometimes we allow our days to pass by without realizing even the little things that we may take for granted and how important they can be to us. It could be getting outside and taking a walk, being able to walk, listening to the birds, playing with your pet. What is it that brightens up your day? What helps me is when I write it down and reflect on the things that happened or I enjoyed for that day. This helps me to focus on the good things, especially when there is so much going on around us.
